Introduction
The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) aims to guide and assist entrepreneurs and enterprises in the entertainment sector through the "Guidance and Support for Entrepreneurs in the Entertainment Sector" platform. Its goal is to empower entrepreneurs by providing consultations and guidance from specialized experts in business and entertainment fields. Therefore, the terms and conditions ("these terms and conditions") have been established to ensure a positive and safe experience for all beneficiaries on the platform. Each beneficiary commits to adhering to these terms and conditions to ensure effective consultations and achieve the platform's objectives.

Usage Policy
1. Data Sharing and Content Protection:
Beneficiaries are prohibited from using, exploiting, downloading, storing, recording, copying, reproducing, republishing, sending, transmitting, displaying, distributing, or capturing images of any part of GEA's data, or the consulting services provided by experts and their content through the Platform. Such actions are considered a violation of these terms and conditions and relevant laws and regulations, exposing the beneficiary to legal accountability.

2. Responsibility for Utilizing Consultations:
All that is provided by the expert to the beneficiary, including consultations or any content or information, is not considered as issued by the General Entertainment Authority. GEA disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy or validity of responses or consultations provided by experts to beneficiaries through the Platform. GEA and the experts bear no legal responsibility regarding the consultations and content provided, and the beneficiary alone is responsible for using any information or opinions provided by the expert. Any consultation provided by experts is considered a non-binding advisory opinion, and it is the beneficiary's responsibility to verify the suitability of this opinion for their specific needs and to bear the responsibility for any decision made based on any opinion or information provided by any of the experts on the Platform.

3. Access to Private and Unlawful Information:
Beneficiaries must comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law and its executive regulations, as well as intellectual property laws. Attempts to access or obtain any unlawful information, directly or indirectly, whether through the Platform or any of the experts available through it, are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, information related to intellectual property rights, confidential or personal information, or any other information typically considered confidential, as well as trade or professional secrets.

4. Service Utilization Restrictions:
Beneficiaries verified by GEA who have been authorized to use the Platform and obtain consultations are not allowed to delegate their access to others or enable others to use it. They are also prohibited from involving other beneficiaries in the consulting sessions.

5. Commitment to Consultation Appointments:
Beneficiaries are required to attend the consultation session they have booked with the expert at the designated time. If they fail to do so without prior notice (at least 12 hours in advance) or without a valid excuse, they may be deprived of the opportunity to benefit from the services of the Platform and GEA's services aimed at empowering entrepreneurs in the entertainment sector.

6. Professional Conduct and Public Morals:
Beneficiaries must maintain professional conduct and public morals while communicating with experts and avoid any inappropriate behavior.

7. Communication through the Platform:
Beneficiaries are required to use the Platform exclusively for communication with experts and must not use any other means of communication. GEA disclaims responsibility for any communication with experts outside the Platform.

8. Platform Usage Limitations:
Beneficiaries must not use the Platform for any purpose other than benefiting from consultations with experts, including self-promotion or offering any personal services.

9. Expert Evaluation:
Beneficiaries are required to provide objective evaluations of experts after each consultation provided, to contribute to improving the quality of services offered to other beneficiaries.

10. Beneficiary Guide Manual:
Beneficiaries must review and understand the Beneficiary Guide Manual and familiarize themselves with it before holding the session with the expert and prepare for the session through research and preparation.
